Tommy Bellin
Bass
Tommy Bellin studied Music at the University of Pgh. where in 1987 he was awarded the First annual Mellon Jazz Scholarship. In 1988 he was voted best jazz bassist by the readers of "In Pittsburgh" magazine. Tommy has recorded and played bass with such groups as the Platters, Drifters, Coasters, Ex Winger guitarist Reb Beach, Prince Saxophonist Eric Leeds, Pittsburgh favorites B.E. Taylor, Billy Price, Joey Grushecky, Donnie Iris, and radio station 3WS' "Home For The Holidays" recordings.Tommy also can be heard playing on the major motion pictures "Cemetary Club" and "Striking Distance". Tommy has also recorded and performed with contemporary christian artists Kathy Troccoli and James Ward.
Aside from his role as Bassist with No Bad Ju-Ju, Tommy is the staff Bassist at Orchard Hill Church in Wexford
